This is a site fee that applies to every office where you need managed IT services. The fee covers our costs for managed firewall and full monitoring.

What is the server fee?

This fee includes the monitoring and management for one server. This helps keep your business up and working at peak efficiency when you need it most.

What is the implementation fee?

This is a one-time fee for project management, setting up your account, and onboarding your business.

How fast can I get started?

Once an agreement is in place, and depending on the individual needs of your business, the installation time can range from 30 to 90 days.

What industries does your plan cover?

Our managed IT services plan and our Package Enhancements cover all industries.

Is included hardware leased or purchased?

The hardware is leased by your business and CompuCom manages it as part of the monthly service fee.

Are there any cancellation fees?

Agreements are structured for a 1-year term, so if you choose to cancel before then there will be an early termination fee equal to 50% of the balance due for the remaining term of the agreement.
